Hi, I’m Sya.

I run Vora, and I’m the person you’ll work with directly.

Before starting Vora, I was a team lead at Crimson Education. I trained colleagues on the company’s tools and processes, ran onboarding for new hires, and built the AI workflows our team used day to day. Along the way, I spent a lot of time figuring out how people actually learn and where AI makes someone’s day easier.

I came to AI through the practical work of helping real teams use it: watching what stuck, learning where the wheels came off, and seeing what people quietly stopped opening. I kept seeing impressive tools go unused, while simpler ones became part of people’s routines. The details mattered: whether a tool fit the work, whether people understood it, and whether they had somewhere to turn when they got stuck.

Training colleagues taught me how differently people learn. Some needed a quick explanation; others needed to try something, get stuck and ask questions. That’s why individual tutoring and practice are central to Vora.

I started this business because I’ve seen what AI can do when it’s introduced thoughtfully, and I’ve seen the confusion and fear it creates when it isn’t. I wanted to be on the right side of that.
