Audit
We sit down with you and your team to understand how the work actually gets done. We map your workflows, find where AI can save serious time, and (just as importantly) flag where it shouldn't go anywhere near.
We help small businesses figure out where AI actually fits, build the tools to make it work, and train every employee through a personalized AI tutor — so AI becomes part of how your team works, not another subscription nobody opens.
Free. No deck, no pitch. Just a conversation about your team and where AI could help.
We sit down with you and your team to understand how the work actually gets done. We map your workflows, find where AI can save serious time, and (just as importantly) flag where it shouldn't go anywhere near.
We set up the AI tools, automations, and integrations that fit your business. Custom GPTs, Zapier flows, in-app AI features, brand-aware writing tools, whatever earns its place.
Every employee gets their own AI tutor, built into a private training platform we set up for your company. It teaches them how to use what we built, in their role, at their pace. They can ask questions, get meaningful feedback, and practice using the tools live.
By the end, your team is self-sufficient. Everything we built stays yours.
Most AI training is a 90-minute webinar and 47 slides. People nod, they take notes, and forget half of it by Monday.
Vora is different. Each employee gets their own AI tutor: a chat-based guide that knows their role, the tools we built for them, and how they learn best. They can ask anything. They can practice live. They can come back next week and pick up where they left off.
No two employees see the same training. Because no two employees do the same job.
Hi, I'm Sya. I run Vora, and I'm the person you'll work with directly.
Most recently I was a team lead at an EdTech company. I trained colleagues on the company's tools and processes, ran onboarding for new hires, and built out the AI workflows our team used day-to-day. Along the way I spent a lot of time figuring out two things: how people actually learn (versus how training is usually designed), and where AI genuinely makes someone's day easier versus where it just adds another tab to ignore.
I'm not a software engineer. I came to AI through the practical work of helping real teams use it: watching what stuck, learning where the wheels came off. The teams that win with AI are usually the ones using simple tools their people open every day.
I started Vora because I've seen what AI can do when it's introduced thoughtfully, and I've seen the confusion and fear it creates when it isn't. I want to be on the right side of that.
We don't feed your business or customer information into public AI tools. When AI needs to touch something sensitive, we use compliant deployments. If we can't do that, we don't use it.
Every workflow we build has clear review steps. Nothing runs on autopilot without someone responsible.
The tools, the platform, the training: it all stays with you when we're done. No retainer, no dependency.
No deck, no pitch. We'll talk about your team, where you are with AI today, and where it could help next. Free, no obligation.
